Feasibility Study
Before acquiring a tract of land, we strongly recommend that an economic feasibility study be conducted. A high-level study can be done fairly quickly, while a detailed version can take much longer. This depends on many factors, such as the availability of recent economic data, traffic studies, municipality economic development plans, etc. One of the hardest parts of a great feasibility study is determining when is it “good enough.” We can help determine a level suitable to your project.
